Sometimes starting fresh is the right move.
If your financial situation has changed significantly, or you want to rebuild your plan with a clearer approach, you can now reset your Boldin plan directly within the Planner.
Reset Your Plan in 3 Steps
3. Confirm your selection
Resetting your plan will permanently erase all of your data, including your profile information.
You will need to complete onboarding again, and this action cannot be undone.
What Resetting Your Plan Does
Resetting your plan permanently removes all of your existing data so you can start over with a clean slate. There is no way to recover a plan after it has been reset.
This includes:
Profile information
All inputs, including accounts, income, expenses, and assumptions
Your baseline plan and any alternate scenarios you've created
After resetting, you’ll return to the onboarding experience and rebuild your plan from the beginning.
When You Might Want to Reset Your Plan
Resetting isn’t something most users need to do often, but it can be helpful if:
Your financial situation has changed significantly
You want to re-enter your data more cleanly or accurately
Your current plan feels too complex or difficult to adjust
You’d prefer to start fresh rather than edit existing inputs
Alternatives to Resetting
In many cases, you may not need to fully reset your plan.
Instead, you can:
Edit individual inputs (income, expenses, accounts) using the pencil icon:
Delete specific entries using the trash can icon:
This allows you to refine your plan without losing your progress.
