What Is the Boldin AI Plan Update Capability?
Boldin AI can now propose changes to your plan based on what you tell it. Instead of navigating to a specific section and manually updating a field, you describe a change in your financial life — a new income source, a revised retirement date, a shift in expected spending — and the AI identifies the relevant plan inputs and proposes the corresponding updates.
You review every proposed change before anything is saved. Nothing updates without your explicit confirmation. You are always in control of what goes into your plan.

How to Use It
Step 1 — Open Boldin AI
Navigate to Boldin AI in your PlannerPlus account. [Confirm nav path] ⚠
Step 2 — Tell the AI what changed
Describe a change in your financial situation in plain language. You don't need to use specific field names. Examples:
"I'm planning to retire six months earlier than I originally planned."
"My salary increased to $115,000."
"We want to spend $8,000 a month in retirement instead of $6,500."
"I opened a new Roth IRA with a $7,000 contribution."
Step 3 — Review the proposed changes
Boldin AI identifies the plan inputs that correspond to what you described and proposes specific updates. You'll see exactly what the AI is proposing — the field, the current value, and the proposed new value — before anything is applied.
Step 4 — Confirm or decline
Review each proposed change. Confirm the ones that are correct. Decline or adjust any that aren't. Nothing saves until you explicitly confirm it.
Step 5 — See your updated plan
Once confirmed, your plan updates immediately and your projections recalculate. The conversation continues — you can ask the AI to explain what changed, run a scenario, or make additional updates.
