What it is
Investments gives you one clear picture of how your money is actually allocated, across every account you own. Instead of checking each 401(k), IRA, and brokerage account separately, Boldin pulls every holding into a single view organized by asset class, so you can answer the question every investor asks: what is my real asset mix?
Why it matters
Your asset allocation drives your risk and your returns. But most people's money is spread across old 401(k)s, IRAs, and taxable accounts, so it's hard to know the real mix without doing the math by hand. Investments does that math for you and shows you:
Your true allocation across every account, not just one at a time
Whether that allocation matches your risk tolerance
Where you might be sitting on too much cash or too much overlap between funds
Who it's for
People approaching retirement who want a clear view of net worth and risk exposure
Active investors who want to rebalance or spot unintended cash drag
Anyone with money spread across multiple 401(k)s and IRAs who want to see total stock exposure in one place
Where to find it
Go to Investments (Beta) in the left navigation menu.
How it works: 3 steps
1. See how you're invested today
Every holding across every account rolls up into one donut chart, grouped by asset class, with your total portfolio value and account count front and center.
2. Check it against your target
Boldin compares your current mix to the target from your Risk Tolerance Survey, so you can see at a glance whether you're over or underweight equities versus your intended strategy. Haven't taken the survey yet? You can update your risk profile right from this page.
3. Enter, review, or update your positions
Add or edit your holdings so the picture stays accurate. You can:
Connect an account (recommended): syncs daily and replaces any positions you entered by hand
Add positions manually: enter a security or ticker, amount, and asset class yourself
Coming soon: upload a statement and Boldin will read it and ask you to confirm before anything changes.

Known issues
This is currently in Beta. There are limitations and usability issues we are rapidly addressing. Feedback from users like you help us identify and prioritize required updates, including
Reducing assets falling into "Unclassified"
Improving Connected Account balance synchronization between total account balance and sum of position data available
Making it easier to see which accounts need attention and navigating to them
Better handling of negative values
Removing the "Switch to your baseline plan to edit positions" warning and restriction. Currently you must be on baseline to update position data.
What's coming next
Insights is in progress and will add:
Fund fees: your total annual cost and which holdings drive it
Cash drag: what idle cash may be costing you in expected growth
Concentration risk: a flag when too much rides on a single position
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How often does the data refresh?
Connected accounts sync daily. Manual entries and Vault uploads only update when you update them.Does this change my model portfolio, rate of return, standard deviation, Monte Carlo, or return forecast?
No. Forecasts are still based on account balances and rates of returns, not position-level data.
