There are a number of income sources that are not explicitly labeled on the Lifetime Income Projection Chart. These include Windfalls, Passive Income, Investment Income (this is interest from savings accounts with the Ordinary Income tax treatment) and proceeds from property sales.


Investment Income

In this plan we see investment income in green on the Lifetime Income Projection Chart.

We can identify the investment income more clearly on the Estimated Income, Drawdowns and Debt Chart. It is represented in teal.


Passive Income

In this plan we see passive income in green on the Lifetime Income Projection Chart.

We can identify the passive income more clearly on the Estimated Income, Drawdowns and Debt Chart. It is represented in yellow.


Windfalls

In this plan we see a windfall in 2041


Proceeds from a Property Sale

In this plan we see property sales in 2036 and 2041, and a windfall in 2051.

We can identify the transactions more clearly on the Estimated Income, Drawdowns and Debt Chart.
