How do I reset my password?

You may change the password on your account in your Account Settings.

A secure password must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 8 characters long

  • Includes uppercase and lowercase letters

  • Contains a number

  • Includes a special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*)

If you encounter issues resetting your password, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your spam/junk email folder for the password reset email.

  • Disable any ad-blockers.

  • Clear your browser's cache and history.

  • Use a different browser or device if necessary.

  • Ensure private/incognito mode is not enabled.

If you originally signed up for Boldin using a Google login and now cannot access your Gmail account, you can still reset your Boldin access:

  1. Visit the Boldin login page.

  2. Select 'Forgot Your Password' and follow the prompts to create a new password for direct login.

If the password reset link is not working, here are some additional steps you can take:

  • Disable ad-blocking extensions.

  • Clear cache and cookies on your browser.

  • Restart the browser or try an alternative browser.

  • Confirm your email address is entered correctly.

For users facing login issues with Planner or Classroom:

  1. Navigate to the Resources section in the Planner to access the Classroom.

  2. If login issues persist when directly accessing the Classroom, follow browser troubleshooting steps such as clearing the cache, updating the browser, or trying a new browser.

If login issues persist despite troubleshooting, provide Boldin support with the following information:

  • A description of the issue.

  • Details about your device (e.g., model, operating system).

  • Browser details, including version number. This ensures the support team can assist you effectively.

If you can log in using Google login but cannot log in using email and password, ensure:

  1. Your password meets the required security criteria.

  2. You reset your password using this link: Reset Password.

General troubleshooting tips for browser-related password reset problems:

  • Update your browser and operating system to the latest version.

  • Disable any extensions, such as VPNs or those modifying browser behavior.

  • Use a different device if the problem persists.

If you used Google to login, the software does not create a separate password for you in our system and we recommend using the link above to reset your password.
