If for any reason you need to change or cancel your PlannerPlus membership, please notify us and indicate the email address you use to login to your PlannerPlus account.

If downgrading from PlannerPlus to a Free account, we will cancel your subscription renewal to avoid all future credit card charges. You will continue to have access to PlannerPlus features until your subscription period has ended.

You may communicate with the customer support team via the planner chat feature and we process cancellations during business hours Monday through Friday.
