How to submit a bug
We are so appreciative of your support, engagement and feedback. If you do encounter anything that seems like a bug in your plan, please send a message via the Planner Chat. The Chat can be found in the bottom right hand corner of every page of the Planner.
All tickets are reviewed by one of our customer service representatives. Make sure to type "Speak with an agent" if you want to double ensure that your message reaches the team.
Please include:
• What year you are referencing
• Which scenario you are using
• Which assumptions you are toggled on (Average, Pessimistic or Optimistic)
• Which Budgeter you are toggled on
• Which Withdrawal Strategy you are toggled on
• Which Charts or Reports you are looking at
Any additional information via text, screenshot or video that will help us understand the issue you are seeing. This enables us to effectively and efficiently provide the best response. Once we have this information we will take a look at your plan and get back to you.

Which of the 3 Strategies you have selected
Whether you have selected to use only after-tax funds or not
Whether you have chosen to protect funds
Whether you have selected a maximum conversion amount.
This enables us to effectively and efficiently validate and triage any issues.

Our customer service representatives will inform you whether your desired feature is in Progress, on the Roadmap, or on the product enhancement backlog. Any suggested features or enhancements that are not already tracked by the product team will be shared with the product team.
