No Phone Support

When you have a question, your first stop should be the help center which has a searchable database of articles and videos that should prove useful. You can access it from the Chat feature or link to it from the top right menu. Just type the topic in the search bar ⌨️

The Help Center is designed as the primary point of reference for common issues and includes detailed articles, guides, and FAQs.

Classroom

Check out the on-demand Get Started Series, library of in depth courses and daily live events in the Classroom accessible from the top right menu 🏫

The Classroom also features webinars, tutorials, and live Q&A sessions to help attendees deepen their understanding of the platform.

AI Chat

If you still aren't sure how to model your scenario, think there's a bug in your plan, or have a technical question about our software, you can ask for help through the chatbot located toward the screen's bottom right. AI responses are immediate. Should you need support from the team, our customer service representatives typically respond by the end of the business day, ensuring timely support.
